2. All commissions are on a first come, first served basis, but artist's competition pieces scheduled for specific events take priority in order to compete effectively.

3. Most standard poses will be completed within six months of the date of this agreement. Complex poses may take longer and the prices may reflect the additional work involved with such pieces.

4. Any carving purchased must be available to the artist for one full year after completion for showing, photographs, and competition events.

5. The artist will be responsible for any damages to the piece while in his possession.

6. Duplicate ribbons will go to the buyer when they are available, but all plaques and monetary awards will go to the artist.

7. A minimum and non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total purchase price must be submitted with this order form to validate the commission.

8. Upon receipt of deposit and the start of a project, all commissioned purchases are non-refundable and orders are non-cancelable by the buyer.

9. The artist reserves the right to return the deposit and cancel the order at any time for any reason.
